Hi everyone. I just made my first starter batch of yeast. I usually just smack, wait and pour the yeast in. I am using british ale yeast (liquid) and I just wondered how long can I leave the starter batch? Can it go a few days? I am waiting for some new equipment and thought it would be here sooner but it will be a few days. I have the yeast starter right at 70 degrees (F). Thanks ahead of time.
