Yeast starter for AHS Czech Pilsner

This will be the first beer that I will be cold fermenting and was wondering how big of a yeast starter I should use for the 5 gallon batch. Yeast is WLP802 Czech budejovice lager yeast

This will give you an idea, but in general you usually want double the yeast you would normally pitch for an ale.
