Yeast settled after one day what did I do wrong

I recently tried to make an ipa probably way to strong of hop flavor I used 2 oz amarillo whole hops a mr beer Canadian blonde 1 oz citra 2 oz Amarillo whole hop in a primary pitched nottinham ale yeast n see what it would do n it has no activity after 3 days pitched another yeast packet from the mr beer kit and still nothing where did I screw up???

Can you check the SG? Nottingham is usually very fast, and it could easily be done in three days.
