Yeast for a blonde ale

Hey guys
I am going to make a blonde ale for the California state fair home brew competition and want to make the best beer possible. So my question is what would be the best yeast to use for a blonde ale

yeah, 29 or 001, ferment on the cold end of the spectrum.
