At what time would you re pitch yeast if fermenting is not seeming likely.
When is it too late? or too early?

Can you tell a little bit aobut your process? What you brewed, what the OG was, how much yeast you pitched and which kind, did you rehyrdrate or us a starter, when you brewed it, and what makes you think its not fermenting?

Oktobefest brewed on the 9th..
Could only get one of those COOPERS brewing yeast packs.
I rehyrdated it.
No airlock activity, no more kraus is almost gone as well.

OG was 63

so you had karusen? that's a good sign. I'm guessing you're ok, but just for sh**s giggles, using good sanitation, take a gravity reading.

If you had a krausen, it fermented and you should leave it alone for another couple of weeks. If you have had zero activity since you pitched, I suggest you take another gravity and see if it has changed. If not, you can still re-pitch, but be sure to remain as sanitary as possible anytime you mess with your beer.
