I’ve been wanting to take the plunge into homebrewing for quite a while, but always backed off telling myself “ You don’t need another darn hobby !!!” Well, here I am !!!! I’ve been doing a lot of reading and studying on the different aspects, and can’t wait to learn more !!!! Although I want to dive right in to the all grain recipes, wiser heads prevailed , and I have purchases a LME kit, and am going to attempt a Scottish Ale. Pretty excited to get started, and REALLY excited to learn more from you all !!!!!
