I intended on making an English pub ale today. Recipe was:
5lb Golden Promise
1lb Marris Otter
.25 lb Crystal 150
1oz Fuggles 60 min
1oz EKG 15
1oz EKg Flame Out
I planned on using Nottingham yeast. I accidentally purchased Danstar Munich yeast. I just started the boil when I realized my mistake.
I just started the boil and have no way of getting a hold of the correct yeast. If I use the Munich, how do you think this beer will come out?
