Simple question:
Does anyone forsee any issues with using the steam lager yeast with a holiday spice/vegetal (a pumpkin beer in this case)? I'm planning on making Reno_eNVy's Punkin beer, but wanted something that won't finish too low, leaving some malty sweetness to the beer. I tend to get very high attenuation with neutral ale yeasts like Chico, even at higher mash temps.
