Do I have to strain the before fermenting or can I ferment with the seeds and orange peel?

You can but its not really recommended because the orange peel can give you an off astringent taste if left in primary and if its coriander seeds your talking about they have the ability to over power if left in.

I always do the corriander (crushed) and orange peel with 10 minutes left in the boil.

I put my orange peel and spices in a fine mesh bag and toss it in the boil for last 5-10 minutes and then fish it out. I've also just tossed it all in there loose, only problem there is that it can clog up your pick up tube or siphon.
