7200btu's isn't much more than a kitchen stove.

you'll have a hell of a time getting 6-7 gallons of wort to a rolling boil and maintaining it.

I've got a 10,000 btu butane burner that can't keep 3 gallons at a boil.

I have a 10K camper stove that I've used to keep the old mash tun warm. That let me use the main burner for heating sparge water. It will boil a gallon, in about 30 minutes.

Although, people do brew using two heat sticks, which are 1500 watts (about 5K BTU) each.
