Will our yeast get the job done?

So I have a recipe that has a predicted OG of 1.083 and I am using a 1028 London WYeast that says on the package that is designed for wort up to 1.060 SG. Will this work for me?

I'd say definitely make a 2-3 litre starter.

Or buy 2 packs.

Ditto mr x Basically you can save $ and just build a starter-or if you don't have an extra day or 2 buy another pack

If you have not built a starter before-its easy I a sure a search on this site will give you all the directions needed
