Dropped spoon into wort before yeast was pitched, grabbed it out without thinking... Pretty sure hand was still clean from sanitiser.. Will it be fine ?

So you dropped your spoon into the COOLED wort, right before you pitched your yeast? Yeah, I wouldn't lose any sleep over it. It's too late now anyhow, right? So, there's no point in dwelling on things beyond your control (in brewing and in life). Odds are, you'll have fermentation kicking away soon (if it hasn't begun already) and in 3-6 weeks you'll be enjoying that beer without even remembering you dropped the spoon in when you did.
