Whyeast 2633 Harvest

I kegged 10 gallons of Festbier lager yesterday. 1800 ml fermenter dregs settled to 1000 ml yeast slurry (four 8 ounce jars.) I'm tempted to do another Festbier while this one lagers for a month. I can tell already, this one is going to go fast.

I've got a Porter and a Dusseldorf Altbier ahead of it.
