hmm, both my fermenters are full, but my cider one leaks, so no bubbling to let me know if it's done....i'll check it next pour with a hydrometer and see, if so, throw my malt in the oven to kiln overnight, deculm wed, brew thursday......??? sound like a plan?

Need to be done by 5pm so we can get to the big festivity's

I will be doing a partial brew day. I'm doing a kettle sour so it'll just be a mash and then a 5 min boil to sanitize and then I'll be free for the rest of the day. I'll pitch the lacto when the kettle gets down to 100* or so naturally. Saves me from having to wash the chiller.
