What is this?? I have poured two beers this morning (I worked graveyard last night so that makes it ok this early) and both have had these white specks floating on the top. Anybody know what that is? Both are from kegs that were tapped relatively recently, so the lines were cleaned just before that time.

A good word to describe them would be "dandruff"

You wash your glasses regulary?

When you swirl the glass do they sink/break apart?
Are there any in suspension?

Do you have open drywall nearby?

I wash my glasses after each use and rinse between pours.

They do not sink or break apart.

Not in suspension.

I do currently have open drywall in the room with my keezer. That was an amazing guess!

Try to collect a few of the dots. Do they taste sour, bitter, or yeasty? I suspect it is yeast.

That may be the case. My keezer has gotten kicked around a little so it may have disturbed the sediment and that may be what ended up in the glass.

Tastes fine. I didn't taste the actual particles by themselves though.
