I am mapping out a recipe for a White Lantern Clone. I have come up with the below recipe which is based on info from SA website and some blue moon clone recipes I have been reviewing. I am really interested in feedback around the grain bill and the spices. Thanks!


3.00 lb Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 31.58 %
3.00 lb Pilsner (2 Row) Bel (1.6 SRM) Grain 31.58 %
3.00 lb White Wheat Malt (2.4 SRM) Grain 31.58 %
0.50 lb Briess 2 Row Carapils (1.4 SRM) Grain 5.26 %
0.60 oz Spalter [4.50 %] (60 min) Hops 9.6 IBU
0.40 oz Spalter [4.50 %] (5 min) Hops 1.3 IBU
0.50 oz Coriander Seed (Boil 10.0 min) Misc
1.00 tsp Grains of Paradise (Boil 5.0 min) Misc
1.00 tsp Irish Moss (Boil 10.0 min) Misc
