Hey everyone-
My brew partner and I are brewing on Saturday and I started two vials of white lane Vermont ale yeast.
I was Planning on doing some kind of IIPA.
Has anyone used this yeast, if so any good results and recipes?
Have a great weekend of brewing my beer drinking friends!

I just did a IIPA and am doing another next week. Ferment at 67 or so and ramp up to 72 at the end to finish attenuation. Do a heady clone!

I recently posted a Lawson's Finest Sip of Sunshine clone using Conan. It was delicious... assuming you don't mind a heaping pile of Citra hops in your brew!

Have you looked at the Heady recipe thread? It's a pretty good beer.
Thanks-
I've checked it out...done it a few times and has always come out great-- maybe I'll tweak it and let you guys know how it comes out---
Have a great weekend!
