White dots on the top of beer

I am new to beer brewing this is my second batch I have done

First batch had a couple white dots this being my 2nd batch has a lot of white dots just wondering what they are if anyone can help thanks picture below.

Looks like yeast clumps surrounded by little bubbles to me. The infections I've seen are sort of connected by little stringy threads all over the surface. This looks normal to me.

Looks normal. I get that on batches from time to time.
