He Guys, I'm planning on doing a Munich Lager this weekend and am in a quandry, I have two liquid yeast cultures, one Mexican and one San Francisco (both Whitelabs) and can't decide/don't know which would go better with this style! Any Advice?

Use the Mexican- it's a great great grandson of a Bavarian/Austrian strain. The California strain is the red headed step child that doesn't really have any relatives who will admit it.;)

Thanks Guys I'll give the Mex a run, I was given these two for nothing from my local H/B shop. They had been sitting in the fridge for a few years, I have since cultured them out and they are alive and well and just waiting for a wort to jump into.
Cheers Alx
