I'm hoping to try brewing a GF beer for my recently GF girlfriend. She used to drink stouts and porters (her favorite being Atwater's Vanilla Java Porter). My LHBS carries only White Sorghum and rice syrup solids. Where are you guys finding brown rice syrup, millet, and buckwheat?

Thanks for sharing the link. Kudos on these guys for carrying gluten free malt. My only issue is... $5 a pound for specialty malt and $3.60 for pale?! Wow! $15 flat rate shipping is nice but, it doesn't quite take up the slack unless you were to order say 200# of malt.

Check out NorCal Brewing Solutions and Gluten Free Homebrew as well. Sorry, no clicky because I am on my phone. They are a little cheaper but, shipping can be a pain depending where you live.

I have used this quite a bit, usually replacing half the sorghun bill with it

I get it from a local grocery store that has a very large health food aisle, or health food stores. I would seek out local sources as shipping will be killer (its heavy and its in a glass jar).

Bob's Red Mill also makes millet, and I get it at the same stores as the BRS. I've only found buckwheat cereal at these stores and I think the usual need is buckwheat groats which I've only found online. You may want to wait for someone else to chime in on buckwheat specifically.

Malted rice (pale, biscuit, crystal, and dark), rice syrup solids, sorghum, and Belgian candi syrup. I like that the specialty malted rice can be ordered by the oz instead of 5lb bag.
