I just finished the Austin homebrew supply baverian wheat. I didn't realize when I was thinking about brewing this today to make my starter yesterday. My starter was put on the stirplate at 8:30am. I finished the beer around noon. Decided to put the top on the bucket and leave it at 70 until the yeast have has at least 12 hours on the stirplate. That would wor better than pitching after the yeast have only been on the plate for four hours right?
