Best: The 1 in 5 beers I am actually proud of.

Worst: The other 4 that I end up dumping down the drain. The ridiculous money and time I have spent over complicating the 3-vessel AG process, only to end up brewing my best beer on a single vessel eBIAB system.

Best: Having a plethora of beer on tap mostly for me :cross:

Worst: Cleaning out the damn MLT. Usually, a buddy who is helping volunteers for the job, but when its just me....

Best - making the beer, drinking the beer, thinking about the beer.
Worst - The reponses of people who dont want me to be talking about beer.

I'm really starting to hate all the pm cleanup, but it can't be avoided. At least I finally got a little cart with shelves & hangers to cart a ton of stuff back & forth from the kitchen-brewery all at once. But now I gotta re-arrange the brewery/man cave to accommodate everything. It'll be a part of a new video with mt new equipment though, so it'll be ok.
