What Type Of Bottle Filler Is This and How Do You Use It?

So I just bought my first kegerator second-hand from someone off of craigslist a few weeks ago. The kegerator works great. Also, the person I bought the kegerator from gave me a beer filler. I have seen lots of videos of beer guns but this does not seem to be one of those. Can anybody identify what type of beer filler this is and how to use it? I just kegged/carbonated my first beer on my keg system and wanted to bottle a few beers for some friends. Thanks!!!

If you have a manifold, you can use one CO2 line to the filler another to the keg and skip the tee. I have an extra CO2 line that has longer tubing to allow me to do different actions outside the keezer, bottle filling being one of them.
