I am kind of stuck. Maybe too many options is the problem. I figure I can just dry hop with Galaxy or add some Columbus which I haven't dry hopped with before. But is there something different to give a pop in the nose when you drink it. I have virtually most the hops, hash, and cryo to use. Any off the wall or different suggestions would be great. Thank you.

11 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 5 89.1 % 0.86 gal

7.2 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) Grain 7 3.6 % 0.04 gal
6.4 oz Acid Malt (3.0 SRM) Grain 8 3.2 % 0.03 gal
0.80 oz Columbus/Tomahawk/Zeus (CTZ) [17.50 %] - Boil 60.0 min Hop 9 39.5 IBUs -

It can work, but Columbus is really dank, earthy, not so much citrussy, but definitely potent. It can turn out well, but most probably it will need some days for the flavour to " settle ".

I think Galaxy is harsh and Columbus is too high alpha to dry-hop with by itself. What cryo hops do you have? Just those or do you have others?
