So it's very warm here, around 30c and my beer has been sitting in primary for about 2 weeks and there is still lots of big yeast clumps floating around :( what can i do to make them fall out of suspension?

I would start with making a swamp cooler. Big tub, put your fermenter in it, fill half full of water, and add ice. Could be frozen water bottles, ice packs, whatever. Keep the temp below 20c if possible. The picture looks normal to me. If your gravity is stable your ready to keg or bottle.

you really think i'm ready to bottle? my fermenter is usually quite clear when i bottle, i have never had this problem before using irish moss, i will tr4y the swamp cooler if all else fails iwill just bottle :D
