I just kegged a 6 month old cider with using edinburgh ale and cider yeast mix, and its delicious! I have a beautiful yeast cake i would hate to waste, so I'm looking for suggestions on what to rack on top? Braggot? Cyser? Perry? Mead?

How about a version of graff?

This recipe is very versatile & is nearly goof-proof. I think your yeast cake would ferment a graff very well & give you a very tasty end product. You might try using some specialty grains with it, like a pound or 2 of Munich, 1/2 lb. honey malt & 1/2 lb. flaked oats. You could add another lb or 2 of DME/LME too if you like a higher ABV. Goldings or Hallertau hops work very well with this, but use what you like.
Regards, GF.
