Have some ingredients laying around and was wondering what to make. I'm an extract brewer still that, so far, only uses grains for steeping. Here is a list of what I have, maybe you all have some ideas:

1 can muntons light LME
1 lb light DME
1 lb Dark brown sugar
1 lb plain wheat DME
1 lb carapils
1/2 lb corn sugar
1 lb crystal 60L
1/2 lb rice syrup solids
1/2 lb dark crystal
1/2 lb chocolate malt
3T roasted barley
3 oz German Hallertau 3.8 AA
1 oz Columbus 14.2 AA
2 oz U.K. Fuggle 4.0 AA
1 oz Cascade 5.9 AA
1 oz U.K. Kent Goldings 4.8 AA
1 oz Willamette 5.1 AA

All of the hops are pellets. Maybe I can just pick up like 1 or 2 more items to make a good brew idk. Appreciate all of your help!

I have made one Hefe already. It was one of the house favorites. I bought the special yeast for banana/clove aroma, you could definitely smell the banana! I just looked up some info on Saison and that sounds great I think that's what I will try next. Thanks for your help fellas!
