Hey, im looking for some input on what I should make with the hops and grains I have.
Im open to trying new styles or whatever, just want to see what you guys feel I could work towards with the ingredients in my inventory.

I have:
Grains:
40 lbs of Marris Otter grains

Hops:
2 oz Brewers Gold
2 oz Caliente
2 oz Cascade
2 oz Crystal
2 oz Horizon
2 oz Northern Brewer
2 oz Sterling
2 oz Tettnanger
5 oz Falconers Flight ( already made a FF IPA with some of them)

Any input helps, cheers.

Your grain says "British", but you've got a hodgepodge of hops there.

You could bitter with the northern brewer, and then use brewer's gold for flavor and aroma, if you wanted an English pale ale.

Or you could go with a US pale ale and bitter with horizon and add cascade for flavor and aroma.

You've got German hops, and US hops there, so you could maybe combine then for something interesting.

If you were really adventurous and wanted to compare hops you could do a bunch of small SMaSH batches. I did one with MO and Nugget hops. "Otter's Nuggets" Get it?
