This is a mixing chamber. It has a port at the bottom with a tube that extends half way into the chamber. It has two ports on the side, a level sensor and a small dip tube that extends almost to the bottom.

Not that I need another project, but I thought this may somehow fit into my brewery, just don't know how yet,,,,,,

Any suggestions?

Thanks

What the heck? I don't even know what is do with it. What was it supposed to mix? Can it be like a hop blocker?

Since it's good for mixing, could you use it to introduce oxygen into your wort before going into the primary?

Level sensor could likely be put to good use, too. You could use on your kettle to measure pre-boil volume, post-boil volume, and amount transferred to the primary. Wouldn't be too hard if your kettle has a constant cross section.
