If you like IPA's then brew the Celebration Ale clone.
For a 5 gallon batch
11lbs American 2-row
.075-1lbs C-60
0.5lbs Carapils

Try to hit an OG of 1.067-1.069

0.75oz Chinook 60min
1oz Cascade 20min
1oz Cascade 5min

Nottingham

I used Nottingham this last time and made a 10 gallon batch and dry hopped 5 gallons with a combo fo cascade and centennial. Both batches are awesome. The dry hopped batch had huge hop aroma and flavor. The non-dry hopped batch was closer to the real thing.
Great beer with an easy grain bill and hop bill.
