I've got a backlog of hops, and I'm trying to use some of them up. I was thinking that an American IPA or a hop-bursted PA would be in order. I've never brewed an IPA before, so I was looking for some advice. I tend to like an IPA with a little more backbone than average and with tons of hop flavor/aroma (not just pure bitterness). Here are the hops that I have. Please suggest a recipe (5 gallons, all-grain).

Amarillo (7.5%, pellets, over a year old) - 6 oz.
Willamette (4.8%, pellets, over a year old) - 4 oz.
Chinook (AA unknown, whole) - 2 oz.
Nugget (AA unknown, whole) - 2 oz.
Sorachi Ace (10.7%, pellets) - 1 oz.

Thank you for your help. :mug:

10 # 2-Row
2# Munich
1# Caramel 60

2oz Nugget @ 60 (first wort hop)
1oz Chinook @ 15
1oz Amarillo @ 15
1oz Chinook @ 0
1oz Amarillo @ 0

Dryhop w/ 2 oz Amarillo for 3-5 days

Mash at 154

After boil, chill wort to 180, then stop, let it rest for 15 minutes before chilling down to pitching temps. Supposedly this helps extract flavor and aroma compounds, but avoids extracting bitterness

Pitch Safale05 or Nottingham, ferment low if possible (60-65 degrees).

This isnt too far off of a recipe i've used before for a maltier pale ale. I used simcoe instead of chinook, and bittered with Magnum, but similar enough.
