I had a lot of similar theories as you guys. I took it out of the fridge to see if it grows larger

only one thing to do now, in true homebrewer fashion, mix it with some sweet liquid and see what it turns into in a month.

I got a chance today to grab sample and put it under the microcope. I looks like yeast I am going to step it up to a small 1 gal sample to see what grows and what it tastes like.
