I want to brew tomorrow, but didn't buy any ingredients, just left overs and random thing, no speciality grains. It just hit me tonight and now I think I'm doing it first thing in the AM.

I do have 7.5 pounds 2row, 5 pounds DME, 1 lb light candi sugar, 3 pounds of flaked corn and 1 lb of cascade hops. Any ideas? I have a large variety of yeast in the fridge.

Any suggestions appreciated.

I would just do a basic Cascade Pale Ale. Use your 2-Row and DME as your base. Hop it using the Cascades as you see fit. If you can make it to the grocery store you can always add some honey at flameout. Nice that you have a wide variety of yeast...maybe try something unusual?
