Hey guys, just kind of cleaning up a bit tonight and I found a few things I forgot I bought about a year or so ago.

Here's the list.

1 pound - CBW Pilsen Light DME
1 pound - CBW Bavarian Wheat DME
3.3 Pounds - CBW Golden Light LME
1oz willamette hop pellets
1oz centennial hop pellets
1 oz us golding (raw hops)

I've never used raw hops before. And I also am willing to buy more ingredients, but i'd really like to use this stuff up. Keezer is down to one keg too :(

I have a large boil kettle so i'll be doing a full boil. 5 or 10 gal batch doesn't matter. I have open buckets and fermenters

Doesn't look like anything specifically - I'd probably steep some crystal to get a little more color and call it a brown ale. Use centennial to bitter, williamette around 15 and goldings at flame out.

If you bought another pound of wheat DME you could make a nice American wheat beer.

5.5 gallons
4.4% ABV
30-ish IBU, depending on the AA's
4 SRM

3.3 lbs light LME
1 lb Pilsen DME
2 lbs Wheat DME

1/2 oz Centennial @ 60 min
1 oz Willamette @ 30 min
1 oz U.S. Goldings @ 15 min

I just made an AG American wheat using the Safbrew WB-06 yeast. It's still in the fermenter.
