What can I brew in this?

I have one of these 850mL water bottles sitting on my desk right now. The top is just right for a stopper and airlock. The grocery store is right next door, giving access to honey, fruits, juice, bread yeast, etc.

It could be fun to have an airlock bubbling at work on a nano-brew.

What should go in here?
