What can I add to my strike water or mash to lower the PH but not raise my Calcium? If anything, I would also like to lower my Calcium a bit.
Thanks

You can dilute your tap water with distilled water to cut calcium down and use lactic acid or acid malt to adjust the pH lower.

Lactic acid is not the only choice. Phosphoric acid is suitable too.

Don't worry about the calcium being high. It does not significantly affect beer flavor. If anything, it helps clear the beer. Indy water isn't that bad.
