I'm working on my Margarita recipe. Using lemon juice instead of lime, because I have lemon juice. The last one was 1.5 ounces each of blanco 100% agave tequila (Kirkland brand), Triple Sec (DeKuyper's), and lemon juice, over ice. It was a little too much lemon, I think my next will be 1.5:1.5:1
 
Bulldog’s Scottish Ale

8 lbs golden promise
2 lbs Maris Otter
10 oz flaked barley
5 oz Roasted Barley
1 oz East Kent Goldings at 45 min
1 oz East Kent Goldings at 10 min
Yeast nutrient
Whirfloc
Mash 153 60 min
Ferment are 65 4 days
Raise to 70 for 2 days
Cold crash

The Chimay Red is getting better and better, & this is just the first keg from my 6/01 brewsession. I don’t always put my glass of homebrew on the window ledge, but when I do it’s because the Clear Draught System allows me to enjoy my brews quicker then any other method.
