Prost, hope you liked it as Sound Brewery went out of business last year, though some one purchased the brewery's note and the last owner will be staying on as head brewer. Fingers crossed they make some of his old brews.

Well dam, I think I have one bomber left...maybe I'll sit on it for sh1ts and giggles.

My HB Tripel, inspired by Westmalle's Tripel (my favourite tripel) and aged on oak chips previously soaked in Port, hence the color of the beer, used to be golden before the Port treatment

Got so sediment in it accidentally when pouring but it looks pretty good and tastes like pepper, clove and banana so spot on, I will consider brewing a batch of this recipe with Brett or maybe sour it

How was this? Just curious, one if my first bottled beers off a keg with a beer gun....and I think it’s been like 9 months of more since bottled....I would not Have thought it was even still carbonated

Carbonation levels were good; if anything, it lost hop umph from sitting over time. Still quench-able.
