Dark saison sample after bottling. Under attenuated which is weird only 83% attenuation with my first go with the mad ferm blend. 8.4% stopped at 1.012 after 40 days. Tasty though. Cherries n spice n boooooze.

Another East Austin Brewery. 1st time. Super clean and flavorful beers. I'll start recommending this place for sure! Got the flight then added Blood Sport and Memory Jog..reminds me of @TwistedGray style..

HB NEIPA. Boil was Amarillo. Dry hop was Mandarina Bavaria. Did not get much hoppy or citrusy aroma or flavor. Adding some lemon makes it good though. Big difference from last version with Amarillo/Citra. Was surprised at the ABV of 7.5%
