WOW That was great, lots of layers of flavors with spicy notes and a little bit of fruit. And a nice oak, long finish. Not as rich a some reds but still very satisfying. Thanks @TwistedGray.

Tried a quadrupel after four days. I could already feel the carbonation "sting"so it's moving right along. Great flavor, considering. A little too much zeal on my part, though, in the ABV department. At 10-plus I don't think I can drink more than one per session. Not worth a photo yet.
