Gueuze Girardin.

Haven't tried many lambic/gueuze. I tried a few of the lindemans fruit lambics but was told that they're really sweet, and I was traveling this past week and found some sours, and I hadn't tried this one and so I picked it up. Certainly sour, kind of hard to pin down what it tastes like. Among other things it has a flavor I associate with cork, maybe a little oxidation even, but neither of those are overly dominant, just somewhat familiar to me.

It isn't deterring me from plans to make a lambic sometime this summer.
