I've been working on this recipe for a while, using jaggery as the sugar component. Really enjoying it, and will probably load it to the recipe database sooner or later.

Grill beer. The local staple.
Delicious blend of Belgian kriek and quad ales. Malty, definitely Belgian character with very nice cherry notes.

Hb neipa, while finishing up the homemade pastrami for reubens, dont mind the kids plate... it's what was clean.
Moose Drool with chili and cornbread.
On a side note, anyone have any recommendations when visiting London? I’ll be going there next month for work and the family is coming for the ride! I’m looking forward to trying a lot of beers I have no access to here in NY!

J J Blonde while heating strike water for my house Blonde (AKA “Fizzy Yellow Beer). My oldest grandson graduates college in about 3 weeks and I want to bring a keg to the after party.
Time for another homemade mead. It might be light in colour, but I'm enjoying the clarity.
7.3% ABV Wild ferment, acacia hydromel. Seems to have a surprising plum aroma. All in all an improvement over my previous batches.

Tasty AL brewed pils. It's good.

Last of my Nut Brown Ale. Bottled last September. It just kept getting better with age. Really wish most of it hadn't been drunk way too young.
Six month old HB Stout. Aged very well.
Much better.
I‘m out of homebrew at the farm, at least until I keg the Brown Ale which is ready, I just need to get it done. When we left for the city, about 10 days ago, I had about half a keg of Blonde Ale on tap. My grandson,and some of his friends, used that up pretty quickly.

I'll claim this one.
Nightcap. Canadian Whisky. Says so right on the label. It’s actually made here in MT, in the little burg of Ennis, in the SW corner of the state. Pretty smooth for 3 year old whisky.
