It's a lovely sunny afternoon so I thought I'd make a beer cocktail.
50ml Plantation OFTD Rum
25ml lime juice
10ml homemade orange oleo saccharum
440ml can of Good Chemistry Brewing's Hefeweizen.
Very nice indeed.

At Mid Ohio Sports Car Course watching club racing. A little cold and windy but my son is excited to see the cars and some live racing.

HB NZ Pilsner with Superdelic after brewing a Papaya Wheat
Noble Beast Pilsner at my favorite spot at Mid Ohio.

I've been holding a 6er of these (made a little over a year ago) . It's been awhile since I've had one so can't really make a comparison but it seems less malty and a little more bitter than I remember. Not bad but different.

First full size pull of my cryo BRU-1 NEIPA.
It's really good. Still the faintest bit of residual hop bite but almost totally cleared up now. Imagine it'll be pretty much perfect midweek.

It's very easy today make, and extremely delicious. I usually keep a jar made with a mixture of red and yellow grapefruit in the fridge for making Palomas with as grapefruit soda like Squirt is very hard to get on the UK

HB German Wheat. All extract: 3lb wheat dme, 1.5 k wheat hopped lme that @fluketamer enticed me to buy last year. Pretty much only did it because I had some Weihenstaphaner slurry in the fridge that was getting old. Very pleasantly surprised... it's a good beer.
I skipped ahead sorry guys, playing catchup from the weekend... went fishing where there's no service which makes it even better. A few shots and beers from the trip. Me my wife my dad and a close family friend. A creek I've fished since I was a kid and my dad since he was a kid and my grandfather and so on. My favorite place on the planet. 3 days of pure happiness.
