....after getting this from my Cider brew. If I can get it down to 1.000, it should be a strong one. Nice!

I'm betting there's more than just apples in there! I always keep "prison hooch" on tap. I happen to really like 1.044 plain apple whatever-is-on-cheap-not-from-concentrate juice... run down dry with EC-1118 and keg carbonated. It keeps me happy after the good stuff kicks and I'm too lazy to brew. It comes out so damn clear its not funny.
 
A carob peanut butter session oatmeal stout (~3%). Thanks to @JCasey1992 for the inspiration :)

In the back is a Russian River collaboration, lol (I sacrificed a Santification for the brett). It should be a very low ABV brett and lacto inoculated saison. We'll find out where it landed
in the booze-o-meter this weekend when I bottle.
