Fortunately I have an 18,000gal storage tank...aka, pool. We've doen this road before. 1st time this happened, years back, it was like "OMG, what are going to do with no water!?!" We figured it out! Ha!

Just got wind that the pipes bursted above the NICU at St. David's hospital here in town. Brutal..

Newest Westvleteren-12 clone. Alcohol hit toned down a bit. Fermenting warmer did the trick. Getting some fruity esters for sure.

HB Belgian Bathwater (Dubbel)

First experiment with D-180 Dark Candi. Tasted awful for about four weeks. At 12 weeks (since Thanksgiving) it’s tasting really good now.
