Just tested gravity on my esb. 1.012 and tastes good. Needs some conditioning but it will be good.
 
I dunno; the quicker turn around time has my interest peaked.


I'm a traditionalist- there is a reason why it's been done a certain way for so long- kettle sours tend to be so one dimensional. Anything worth doing is worth doing right.
 
Finally got to try the beers my son brought back from his trip to San Francisco. My one night off this week. YAAAAY.

Tried a little of a nitro stout I messed up earlier this year. Tried to fix it. Not undrinkable now. In fact, not too bad. Has toasted coconut, coffee, vanilla. Braves lost. Going to bed now.

Bulldog Slobber. We lost our English Bulldog 3 weeks ago so this is an English IPA I put together to honor/celebrate his 9 years with us. I used a lot of rye and it came out nicely! Cheers!
