I'm a traditionalist- there is a reason why it's been done a certain way for so long- kettle sours tend to be so one dimensional. Anything worth doing is worth doing right.

Your wall reminds me of my graduate school office years ago. Very white painted block. There was not quite such good beer in my office though. Maybe a yuengling or two at one point or another. But that was pretty standard at penn state.

Tried a little of a nitro stout I messed up earlier this year. Tried to fix it. Not undrinkable now. In fact, not too bad. Has toasted coconut, coffee, vanilla. Braves lost. Going to bed now.
