Continuing on my theme of American beers impossible to find at home. Created quite the lip slicer by using the edge of the granite counter top as a bottle opener. Poor technique.

Solid sour... most of the saison character is lost behind the sour/funk. Still good stuff.

Google "sip of sunshine clone". They're out there, though most seem to believe the late hops are all Citra.
As a heavy Citra user for the last few years, I disagree with that...

I was at the Trillium beer garden earlier 3 beers (DDH Stilling St, DDH Melcher St, and a Congress St). Then made my way over to Lucky's for some sliders and 2 more beers (Foundation's Afterglow, and MBC's Another One). Then found theses at the new wine shop on Melcher....so I though a water might be a good idea too.
