Taste testing my highly hopped just carbed pale ale for the first time. god damn this is green. I think I am going to pull it for a few weeks. until another one of my kegs kicks. It's like bitter orange juice, and .. it's good, just to green.

Pretty good. Huge barrel and vanilla aroma on the nose and the barrel took what should have been a way too sweet, and too much cherry and balanced it out pretty well
