The beer is currently in the fermenter chugging along nicely. The malts taste great, nice bready/toasty character to the vienna and munich malts, the pilsner has the characteristic grainy sweetness to it. Great stuff!

nice. i think i'm gonna do a 100% munich bock, with a few decoctions.

just picked up a sack of munich at the milwaukee northern brewer store. guy didn't even know they had it. i had to look it up on my phone to show him.
