Has anyone ever pitched live yogurt cultures into their wort, to introduce sour bugs? And if so what results were found?
 
Works great, just use low/no fat yoghurt. I did a Berliner Weisse with actual yoghurt and have used yoghurt starter culture packets as well.

Thanks that is the exact style my question was for. I am also looking at doing a full sour mash, but do not have my smaller mash tun finished yet.
